Asseance Software Inc. (ASI) is a software company established in 1993 in Toronto, Canada. The company's primary focus has evolved from the preparation of custom software for businesses and organizations to the development of two programs specifically designed for use by associations, sports leagues and clubs. The main criteria of Asseance's recent software design has been the development of a reasonably priced, multi-user program that would allow organizations and businesses to effectively manage their resources -- both people and money.

Ron Christie, President of ASI, has been a key player in the development of Society Manager for Windows. Ron has been designing and programming custom software packages since 1983. With the feedback from all types of organizations from across Canada and the U.S., Ron has been able to successfully integrate administration, accounting and events management programs to produce the current, user-friendly, Society Manager and AISA software packages.

The various software modules in Society Manager for Windows and AISA were totally integrated to create a very powerful program, developed into a multi-user, network-capable, client/server, Windows-based package. The software combines the management of an organization's database, a full accounting system with its financial record keeping and reporting and a complete events management package.
